Hammana is a living museum, and our local guides bring its layers of history vividly to life. A cultural tour winds through the charming cobblestone Zakzouk Street, past traditional stone houses with their iconic, red-tiled roofs, and into the soul of the village.

At the tip of the old souk stands the 700-year-old Mezher Palace, once the residence of the French poet Alphonse de Lamartine, who stayed in 1832 and famously described the valley as "one of the most beautiful views that men have ever beheld." The village's rich religious heritage includes the Monastery of the Good Shepherd, listed as a historical monument by the Directorate General of Antiquities, and two other monasteries as well as churches from the 16th century.

The tour also passes by the iconic Chaghour waterfall and the vibrant old souk, weaving together nature, faith, and centuries of heritage into one unforgettable walk.
